About Us

Since founded in March 2008, CRELA has accomplished many objectives for landowners. These are for the betterment of our landowner members and rural communities. CRELA formed to foster & promote renewable energy development. We work to unite landowner associations into one voice with a common goal. We have accomplishments that have aided in benefiting our members above all. Our initiatives are always focused on the land owner first. We also want to offer adjoining tracts of eligible land for construction.

As Americans, we value the rights of freedom and liberty. These best expression of those rights is the ability to engage in private land ownership.

CRELA’s members own and lease land dedicated to the production of crops & livestock. As times change, landowners have found new ways to use the land. CRELA members work to remain financially viable while protecting the land for the future.

In “Standing for the Land,” CRELA advocates for a holistic approach to sustainability. We will always advocate for policies/products that protect the landowner’s livelihood. CRELA believes in traditional uses of land such as crop and livestock production. This pathway means utilizing renewable energy to grow revenue, as well. We strive to derive revenue from the land to sustain traditional income sources.
